At SELEO, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your soda maker, we offer a return policy within 10 days of the purchase date, provided that the product is undamaged and the original packaging is in good condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned soda maker and confirm that it meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, including any taxes and shipping costs.

Please note that any damage or missing parts may result in a deduction from the refund. We appreciate your business and hope that you enjoy your soda maker.

In addition to our return policy, we also offer a warranty for our soda makers. We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that they will meet your expectations. If, within six months of the purchase date, your soda maker experiences any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. We may request proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Once we have verified your claim, we will either repair your soda maker or send a replacement.
